I went back to my blog to read my previous posts. I ranted quite a lot. I mean a lot. My summary for the year:
January: Ranted about the cold. Started Year of Creative Pursuits. No writing was done. BIRTHDAY!
February: Return of my muse. Whoo-hoo! Started editing a story and started researching for another.
March: Husband's birthday. Super Pet Expo. Near death experience. Seriously. My body tried to kill me. It wasn't very nice of it.
April: Allergies, allergies, and more allergies. Massive rant about really rude people. Lamenting the loss of body parts.
June: Code red days and tree sperm everywhere. The death of my mentor and voice of hope, Maya Angelou.
July: The Minion Prevails. The official launch of Golden Fleece Press. Whoo-hoo! Officially signed as an author with said publishing company.
August: Self-doubt and anxiety.
September: The loss of Robin Williams. Back to the fuchsia (hair). Anniversary. Nephew is adorable. FALL! FOOTBALL! Return of the dreaded Pumpkin Spice.
October: The colors! The smells! The cool air! Vacation. NaNo-prep, NaNo prep, and more NaNo Prep. NaNo panic.
November: nanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonanonano 50k!!! Turkey Day. Artwork for book!
December: Mushy brain. Novel writing, crafting and Christmas. Sinus infection with a double ear infection from hell. Mauna Loa truffles and kona coffee from the in laws! PS4!!! Great time with the family. Nephew is adorable.
And that is my year in a nutshell. I know I'm forgetting stuff. All in all, my year was a roller coaster. Ups and downs. Sheesh! But what a year.
I know I'm supposed to say something creative and inspiring for the next year. That just isn't me. Let's keep it real. So here is to 2015. I wish everyone the best in the coming year. I wish you lots of fun, lots of happiness, lots of money, and lots of good sex.
